Patricia advises clients on commercial contracts, with a focus on the communications and technology industries. She has been involved in several digital infrastructure projects, supporting telecom operators, infrastructure providers and investors on various aspects of the deal process.
Patricia also has experience advising on the IP/commercial aspects of M&A transactions in the life sciences and consumer and retail sectors. Patricia spent six months in-house at Reckitt on client secondment. She has a degree in Chemistry from Imperial College London and speaks fluent Spanish.
