Patricia joined Allen & Overy in September 2012 and is an attorney at the Corporate department of the Madrid office.
Patricia has notable experience in providing legal advice in corporate transactions on different sectors, both domestic and cross-border and unlisted and listed companies. She has a solid background in M&A deals, joint-ventures, transfers of assets, commercial contracts, corporate restructuring and due diligence processes. Particularly, she has substantial experience working with private equity firms in several sectors, focusing mainly on the energy industry (renewables energy sector).
She frequently works with Ignacio Hornedo and is the main point of contact of important clients on the day-to-day relationship, managing A&O teams on-deal from different areas and jurisdictions.
Patricia has participated on several legal publications. She has been ranked as a rising star for M&A practice in Spain by IFLR1000.
