Pablo has extensive experience advising national and international clients, including founders, on M&A, joint ventures and partner agreements, W&I insurance policies, MIP and reinvestment structures, reorganizations, contracts and corporate governance in various sectors, with special emphasis on private equity, infrastructure, energy and TMT.
He also has extensive experience in coordinating legal due diligence processes in relation to complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

A private equity firm on the sale of an open access rural fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) platform in Spain.
Advising Infracapital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Endesa Soluciones (energy efficiency solutions platform) from Endesa Energía and on their joint venture arrangements.
