Osahon is a member of the securitization and structured finance group in our New York office. He has experience on both public and private placement securitization representing advising sponsors, underwriters and issuers in domestic and cross-border securitizations and structured finance transactions across a wide range of structures and asset classes.

His experience includes asset-backed securities, including securitizations of auto loans and leases and mortgages, credit risk transfer, covered bonds, esoteric assets, and collateral loan obligations. His clients include a variety of public companies and private investors in the structured finance market in the United States. Osahon is a member of the New York City Bar Association Legal History Committee.
