Prior to joining A&O Consulting, Olivia held a number of roles at the FCA, including supervising a global investment bank when the UK SMCR first came into force, and working on wholesale policy matters such as EMIR and MiFID II, including preparations for the UK’s withdrawal from the EU.
Most recently, Olivia was involved in the FCA’s strategic Future of Regulation work and became heavily involved in the FCA’s internal transformation programme.
At JP Morgan, within the Corporate and Investment Bank, Olivia focussed on the design and implementation of the firm’s culture and conduct risk strategy.
