Olatz has broad experience advising Spanish taxation issues in relation to both domestic and international transactions, particularly for corporate clients and private equity houses on complex deals.

She is member of our international tax team. She has advised on international tax planning and tax matters related to domestic and cross-border transactions. She has also participated in the tax analysis and structuring of several private equity transactions, and given advice on mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, and refinancing processes. Her expertise is extended to the full deal process (both from buy-side and sell-side perspectives), mainly consisting of tax due diligence, tax structuring, tax modelling and post-deal integration advice.
