Nonnabhat Paiboon

Nonnabhat is a senior associate in our corporate practice specialising in M&A and competition/antitrust law. She has experience in domestic and international M&A transactions and multi-jurisdictional merger control filings. She has experience in a wide range of sectors, including petrochemical, food and beverage, financial institutions, retail and wholesale, automobile and energy. Nonnabhat is based in our Bangkok office, has previously worked in our Singapore and London offices and is also qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales.
