Nina joined Allen & Overy in 2019 as a paralegal. After graduating from Comenius University in Bratislava in 2021, she resumed work as a junior lawyer in the Corporate Department. Nina has assisted on matters concerning primarily M&A, other corporate and real estate matters.
Nina has experience with the due diligence stages of M&A transactions. She also advises clients on real estate transactions.
