Niklas Germayer advises banks and other financial service providers, including FinTechs, as well as unregulated companies on all aspects of financial regulatory law. He also advises on the digitalisation of banking regulatory law and Sustainable Finance.
In particular, Niklas is involved in the development of IT-based solutions for the financial industry (RegTech) and was instrumental in developing a regulatory compliance tool, helping clients to meet their regulatory requirements with an efficient solution.
