Nikita is a senior associate and professional support lawyer in the Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution team in the Johannesburg office. She has advised both domestic and foreign clients on a wide range of employment issues including executive terminations, alternative staffing arrangements, redundancies and workplace investigations (including those with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and United Kingdom Bribery Act implications). She has particular expertise in employee transfers, managing the people aspect of large corporate reorganisations as well as post-transfer integration and harmonisation. 

Nikita is recognized as a Next Generation Lawyer by Legal500 EMEA 2017.
