Niels heads the Banking department in Amsterdam.

He specialises in banking and finance law. He advises on syndicated lending, leveraged finance, trade and commodity finance, asset finance, structured finance and export finance. Niels has worked on a variety of tax-structured repo transactions and innovative synthetic securitisation transactions. He advises both banks and borrowers in domestic and cross-border transactions.
