Nicole Ubal is an associate in our Washington, D.C. office and a member of our global Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure practice group.

Nicole has wide experience in general corporate, infrastructure, project financing, and corporate financing regarding Chilean law, advising public and private financial institutions as well as debtor companies. She has particular experience in Chilean and cross-border financing of major private projects and public works concessions such as electric power plants, airports, highways, and hospitals. Furthermore, she has participated in consultancies carried out to consortia in the Chilean public works bidding process.
