Nick has extensive experience in a wide range of finance transactions, with particular specialisation in leveraged finance (including TLB, unitranche and bank financing) and acquisition focussed project finance, acting for both sponsors and arrangers. Prior to A&O, Nick was a senior associate at Allens, and prior to that worked in-house for a financial institution.

Nick’s particular experience at A&O includes advising a consortium of credit funds bidding for the corporate financing for Star Entertainment Group, advising lenders on the financing for Advent International’s acquisition of Zimmermann, advising an international infrastructure group on its financing and delivery of mobile towers in the Philippines, and acting for (and for the financiers to) a number of mid to large private equity sponsors in the Australian market.
