Nick Koutsoukos

Nick has extensive experience in a wide range of finance transactions, with particular specialisation in leveraged finance (including TLB, unitranche and bank financing) and acquisition focussed project finance, acting for both sponsors and arrangers. Prior to A&O, Nick was a senior associate at Allens, and previously worked in-house for an Australian bank.
