Nick is a counsel in the banking and finance team and specialises in all aspects of leveraged and acquisition finance, including real estate finance, refinancings, development and construction finance, loan to note conversions and mining and minerals related financing.
Nick's regular South African clients include RMB, SBSA and Nedbank and he has also acted for major local borrowers in funding transactions. Nick regularly provides training for major clients on security considerations and other topical issues for funders and borrowers, as well as on the form and function of the loan market association documentation.
Nick has significant experience in managing cross-border financing transactions.
