Nick has extensive experience working in the structured products market, specialising in wholesale and retail securities programmes for the issuance of derivative notes, warrants and certificates and repackagings.
He has worked with a wide range of underlying asset classes, including equity, index, credit and funds. He has also advised in respect of many of the recent and forthcoming regulatory changes affecting this market including (amongst others) the changes to the Prospectus Directive and MiFID, EMIR, PRIIPs and the IOSCO and EU Benchmark regimes. His work in this area includes specialist knowledge relating to the documentation of synthetic index products.
