Nick Clark is a partner and co-head of the global leveraged finance group at Allen & Overy LLP, with over 20 years' experience advising lenders and borrowers on complex financing transactions. Having advised on several of the largest acquisition financings in the market, he has a broad-based practice covering leveraged and investment-grade acquisition finance, corporate loans and restructurings. He is based in the London office of Allen & Overy, having previously worked in the Paris and Milan offices.
