Neville specialises in all areas of IP litigation and advisory work. He has wide experience of patent, trade mark, passing off, internet domain name, copyright, design and confidential information disputes. His experience includes: proceedings before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court; in arbitration; before Trade Mark Registries; under internet domain name; and company name procedures.

Chambers 2017 states that “Neville Cordell has a comprehensive IP practice which takes in transactions, litigation and due diligence involving all core rights.
