Nele advises on all aspects of EU and Belgian competition law, across a range of sectors, including automotive and media. She has assisted clients in several cartel investigations conducted by the European Commission as well as the Belgian Competition Authority, and has frequently advised on follow-on private enforcement matters.
Nele has also advised on merger control cases and general EU law. She has experience in representing clients before the General Court and the Court of Justice.
Nele has (co-) authored several legal publications focusing on competition law, such as the chapter on Belgian Competition Law in Wolters Kluwer’s publication “Competition Law in Western Europe and the USA” and various articles regarding recent developments in the application of competition law in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sector.
