Naomi-Lan Leroy is an Associate in the Employment & Benefits team.
She advises French and foreign companies on all aspects of employment relationships. Her practice notably includes assisting clients on collective redundancies, termination procedures, works council and staff representation, harassment allegations, day-to-day management human resources issues and employment aspects of corporate transactions. She's fluent in French, English and Italian.
