Naomi Buchanan

Prior to that she qualified as a solicitor in a large London City firm and she has over ten years’ transactional experience in banking and general commercial matters.

Naomi regularly works on financings for both lenders and borrowers on general corporate lending transactions, and has significant experience drafting and negotiating finance documents on new and repeat financing and amendments and accessions.

She has experience working on numerous loan portfolio transfers including the review of finance documents and multi-jurisdictional co-ordination. She has lots of experience leading on large loan due diligence projects, this includes in relation to LIBOR remediation.

She often manages large document review projects for financial institutions, including in relation to the repapering of ISDA agreements and other derivative documentation such as credit support annexes.

Naomi has a particular expertise in applying legal technology to the design and project management of the very large document-intensive exercises handled by ADL.
