Molly Holsinger

Molly counsels investors and emerging companies from formation to fundraising and through exit events. Her practice is focused on providing strategic advice to clients at various stages of the corporate life cycle, including formation, debt and equity financings, day-to-day corporate matters, strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Molly was a senior counsel at an international law firm.
