Mohamed Zaatout

He specialises in corporate law with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for both private equity and strategic (corporate) investors. His main practice areas are seller side divestments and corporate advice. He also advises clients in relation to the implementation of manager participation plans. Mohamed graduated from the VU University Amsterdam in 2022, where he obtained a master’s degree in Corporate law, and joined Allen & Overy in October 2022.
