Mitch specialises in the renewable energy, oil and gas and infrastructure sectors and regularly advises sponsors and a diverse range of funders.

She has advised on a broad range of deals across the energy and infrastructure landscape (greenfield and brownfield) including, windfarms, offshore transmission assets, solar, district energy networks, roads, hospitals, trains and satellites. Mitch advises throughout the lifecycle of a project on financing, shareholders' arrangements, structuring and revenue and operational contracts (including PPAs, concession agreements and O&M contracts).
