Milosz is a Senior Associate in the Antitrust & Competition Practice Group and member of the EU and German teams. He has a doctorate and LLM in international antitrust law, and is driven by a commercial approach and practical legal solutions based on a thorough understanding of a client’s industry. His practice focuses on all aspects of European and German competition law, as well as a particular emphasis on complex international projects.
Milosz has experience in a wide range of cases including global merger control filings, abuse of dominance, cartel investigations and compliance. He has built substantial experience in the renewables, private equity, banking, chemicals and consumer technology sectors, among others. Milosz works with global teams for clients in Europe, the Middle East, US and Asia.
