Michiel’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, public takeovers, joint ventures and general corporate law. 

A particular focus of his work is advising corporates and financial investors on cross border investments. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Michiel was a partner at another international law firm.
