Michiel has experience of a wide range of corporate transactions in different sectors including private M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, private equity and capital market transactions.

He has particular experience in managing complex cross-border transactions. Michiel joined our Brussels office in 2018 and was seconded to a telecommunications provider in the second half of 2021, where he gained experience on large infrastructure projects in the telecom sector.
