She has a background in biomedical engineering, and has particular experience in patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation actions involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, heavy machinery, and metal alloys, among other technologies. She also has experience in patent prosecution and free-to-operate due diligence and counselling.

Noteworthy experience includes advising:

  • Uni-Systems LLC on patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation action involving stadium retractable roof technology in the Eastern District of New York (previous firm experience).
