Michael is a project finance specialist. His clients include sponsors, export credit agencies, multilateral financial institutions and commercial banks. Michael has extensive experience in the development and financing of projects in the power, infrastructure, mining and oil & gas sectors, in Asia, Australia and the Americas. In the Indonesian power sector, Michael also specialises in renewable power projects (including geothermal, hydro, wind and solar projects).
Michael advises on all aspects of project financing, including finance documents and project documents (including operation and maintenance agreements, feedstock and fuel supply agreements, offtake agreements and concession agreements). His practise also includes, corporate and acquisition financing, structured/leveraged finance transactions and derivatives (including project financing hedging arrangements).
