Michael is a project finance specialist. He has extensive experience in the projects development and financing in the power, renewable energy, infrastructure, and mining sectors across Asia, Australia, and the United States.

In the Indonesian power sector, Michael is also known as a leading Indonesian lawyer in renewable power projects (including geothermal, hydro, wind, and solar projects) and has numerous experiences leading successful projects in Indonesia and the associated industrial regulatory environment.

Michael regularly advises on all aspects of project development (and financing where relevant), including construction contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, feedstock and fuel supply agreements, offtake agreements, power supply agreements, tolling agreements, concession agreements, and service agreements. His practices also include, corporate and acquisition financing, structured/leveraged finance transactions, and derivatives.
