Michael has broad experience of a range of general corporate, acquisition, projects and Islamic finance across the GCC and Europe, with a particular focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia. He has experience working with all parties including arrangers, syndicate lenders, borrowers, sponsors and multi-lateral and expert credit agencies.
Michael trained in the London office of Allen & Overy LLP and transferred to Dubai in early 2007. Prior to that he spent time on secondment to Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase in London, and to Allen & Overy Shook Lin & Bok in Singapore.
