Merle advises German and international clients on all issues relating to individual and collective employment law. Merle specialises in particular in advising and providing project management on complex restructurings, providing support and post-closing advice in connection with business acquisitions, drafting employment and service contracts and conducting disputes before the labour courts regarding protection against unfair dismissal as well as works constitution law issues. In addition, Merle advises on transfer of business issues and questions relating to collective labour law, in particular specific questions of interpretation, as well as on withdrawals from employers' associations.
