Melinda Bothe

Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulators. Melinda also regularly supports clients through complex internal investigations and advises on corporate compliance and risk management. She maintains a robust pro bono practice focused on criminal defense.
 
Melinda earned her law degree from Duke University School of Law, where she interned with the Special Litigation Unit of the World Bank Group with a focus on fraud and corruption investigations. Melinda was an Executive Editor of the Journal of Comparative & International Law, a member of the Mock Trial Board, and a semi-finalist in the Kilpatrick Townsend Mock Trial Tournament. Before law school, Melinda served for three years in the U.S. Peace Corps in Tanzania.
