Mel Lee

Mel is an associate in the U.S. Banking group in the New York office. She has experience in representing financial institutions and multinational corporations in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including general corporate finance, leveraged finance and asset finance. She has also advised both borrowers and lenders on corporate governance, bilateral and syndicated loans and secured and unsecured financing. Mel has spent time working from our Seoul and Belfast offices and is fluent in Korean.
