Megan specialises in advising on a domestic and international project finance transactions acting for a range of sponsors, financial institutions and export credit agencies.
With a particular focus on multi-jurisdictional and multi-sourced secured financings, Megan has a wide range of experience across a number of energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors including offshore wind, nuclear power, mining, LNG, FLNG and transport and rail.
During her time at Allen & Overy, Megan has worked on secondment in the firm’s Shanghai Office in the PRC.
