Mathieu advises on general corporate matters, including private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures, capital market transactions and public-private partnerships, both within a domestic and cross border context.
Mathieu holds a Master’s degree in Business law obtained from the University of Jean Moulin III in Lyon, as well as an LL.M. in Employment and Labour Law from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. Mathieu also obtained his Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London in 2016.
Mathieu joined Allen & Overy in 2021 prior to which he gained experience as an associate in a Top Tier independent Luxembourg law firm, specialising in banking finance as well as in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.
