Mathieu is an associate in the ICM department. He has a wide range of experience in regulatory issues, with an emphasis on assisting banking and financial institutions.
He advises credit institutions, payment institutions, electronic money institutions and digital assets services providers (DASP) on the rules applicable to their activities, as well as on the review and negotiation of their contractual documentation.
He is also a member of the Legal Committee of the Association pour le développement des actifs numériques (ADAN), the French professional association which brings together professionals in the digital asset and blockchain technology sector in France and Europe.
