Mathias Vandenhoudt

He has extensive experience of advising on the employment implications of complex (cross-border) M&A deals, reorganisations, hiring and dismissal practices and employee benefit schemes. He combines his employment law skills with his expertise in white-collar crime and investigations, assisting clients with social (criminal) law issues, workplace investigations and whistleblowing matters. Mathias is dedicated to pro bono work and supports charities in designing their HR policies and dealing with critical HR issues. He is a committed member of the Belgian Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and advocates for DEI within our Belgian offices and across our global network.
