Marylis is specialised in intellectual property law and mainly deals with patent cases in the life sciences sector, both at the pre-litigation and litigation stages.
She notably advises clients on the enforcement strategy of their patent rights as well as on their relation with local health authorities. She also intervenes at the litigation stage in defence of her client's patent rights against potential infringers, including in preliminary injunction proceedings.
Marylis also assists innovative pharmaceutical companies on regulatory aspects, at the French and EU levels, notably in the framework of proceedings brought before administrative courts.
