Martina has more than 15 years of experience in dispute resolution, particularly commercial and finance litigation, also with a cross-border nature. She assists banks and companies active in various industries (e.g. life sciences, energy, chemicals, consumer goods, manufacturing, etc.) in product liability matters, class actions, restructuring and insolvency disputes, arbitration as well as in criminal investigations/trials related to white-collar crimes.

Martina is an active speaker in seminars related to class actions/representative actions and she is a member of the A&O’s Class Actions and Group Litigation international team. She is an author of Allen & Overy’s chapter on "Non-US Class Actions" in Jonathan N. Eisenberg’s Litigating Securities Class Actions, Lexis Nexis, 2010-2023. 

Martina has been recognised by Legal500 as “Next Generation Lawyer” (2018-2019) and “Rising Star” (2020-2023), as well as "Associate to watch" by Chambers & Partners (2023) in Italy for Dispute Resolution.
