He has experience in advising clients on both domestic and cross-border insolvency proceedings. As regards the contentious matters, Martin has advised on a number of construction disputes and on cases including, among others, unfair competition claims, enforcement of trademark rights, shareholders’ disputes and disputes arising from insolvency proceedings. In the area of tech law, Martin specialises in electronic legal acts and helps with challenges associated with regulation of technological innovations.
