Marjet specializes in real estate law and has experience in a wide variety of real estate related matters, including sale and lease back transactions, property and project development (including advising on joint ventures), construction agreements, development (management) agreements, lease agreements and (turnkey) sale and purchase agreements.
She has acted for property developers, owners, investors, consultants and lenders.During 2022, Marjet went on a six-month secondment to HyCC B.V., a company focusing on the production of green hydrogen to decarbonize industries. During her secondment she worked on identifying the contracting structure for multiple hydrogen production plant development projects as well as negotiating the key contracts for each project.
Marjet joined the Projects & Real Estate department of Allen & Overy Amsterdam in April 2017. In June 2022 Marjet graduated cum laude from the Grotius specialization track for property law. She is a member of the Dutch Bar Association.
