Marjan is a partner in A&O’s Intellectual Property group specialising in patent and regulatory law particularly in the life sciences sector.

Marjan graduated with a degree in Medical Sciences and Pharmacology (having completed the preclinical years of a degree in Medicine) before going on to study law. She writes and speaks extensively on a range of patent and regulatory topics and is a co- author of the chapter on "Introduction to European Regulatory Rights" in Intellectual Property in the Life Sciences text.
