Marion joined the firm in 2022 after having worked for more than 6 years as a French and European Patent Attorney in one of France’s leading IP law firm, where she acquired extensive experience in patent drafting and prosecution, validity and FTO analyses, as well as in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office.
During this time, Marion also advised in several patent nullity actions before the Paris First Instance Court and Court of Appeal, and thus decided to dedicate herself to life sciences patent litigation.
While she is specialized in chemistry, having a Masters and a PhD from the Ecole Polytechnique in this subject, her general scientific training as a graduate Engineer from ENSTA Paris allows her to intervene in a wide variety of technical fields.
Prior to her career in IP, Marion worked in higher education and notably taught chemistry and biophysics to university medical students, experience from which she gained the ability to explain complex subjects in a clear and pedagogical way.
