Marco advises sponsors and lenders on a wide range of banking and financing transactions including real estate, syndicated loans, leveraged, project financing, acquisition finance and corporate lending.
He focuses on domestic and international players, including primary banks, sponsors, financial institutions and investment funds on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of financing transactions as well as on regulatory issues connected to the banking and finance sectors. He has gained a significant experience in real estate finance transactions acting for both borrowers (in particular real estate investment funds and sponsor SPVs) and lenders (including alternative lending institutions).
