Malek is a senior associate in the corporate team of Allen & Overy’s Abu Dhabi office. He acts for a wide variety of clients across a range of sectors. He specialises in commercial and contractual matters, including disputes.

He also has significant experience advising on UAE law matters and on the rules and regulations pertaining to public listed companies, and has been based in the region for over 15 years. Prior to joining A&O, Malek worked in the UAE for one of the largest local law firms for over eight years. Malek is fluent in English and Arabic.
