Dr Maike Hölscher

Maike specializes in the area of public commercial law, including the relevant constitutional and European aspects. 
The focus of her work is advising on public law in the context of transactions as well as on administrative proceedings. Maike’s specific expertise is in the area of building, planning and environmental law. Her practical experience is built on insights gained by intensive academic research done in the context of her doctoral thesis dealing with planning, administrative and constitutional law questions. In addition, Maike is active as a speaker in this area. Her practice also includes advising on legal questions relating to foreign trade law, including export control, embargo and EU sanctions law.
