Maggie has extensive experience advising both issuers and underwriters on a wide range of international capital markets transactions and U.S. securities law matters, including initial public offerings, rights issues, accelerated bookbuilds, bond offerings and other private placements, as well as U.S. SEC-registered offerings. During her time at A&O, she has completed a secondment to the Equity Capital Markets legal team of a leading investment bank.
