Magdalena acts for both public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. 
She advises clients in commercial and corporate governance-related matters and has a wealth of experience in coordinating projects covering a broad range of integrated services, including post-merger integration, supply chain transformation and general corporate structuring. In her practice, Magdalena focuses on developing the Tech M&A practice and advises leading global clients in the Defence sector in Poland.

Representative matters

International Schools Partnership, a leading organisation that develops educational units, on the acquisition of Akademeia Educational Group (AEG), the operator of an independent, academically selective school in Warsaw. AEG is considered to be Poland’s top private education group.

Sygnity S.A., a Polish listed company operating as a part of Topicus.com/TSS and Constellation Software, on the acquisition of Sagra Technology sp. z o.o., a leading Polish software company specializing in technological solutions such as Business Intelligence, Sales Force Automation, Mobile Business Solutions, and Data Discovery.

Bridgepoint, an international alternative asset fund management group, on the sale of Smyk Group, the leading retailer of children's apparel, toys and accessories with a network of over 150 stores and a growing e-commerce platform in Poland and the CEE region.

PKN Orlen in connection with the acquisition of a network of 185 fuel stations in Hungary and Slovakia from MOL Group (previous firm experience). 

Pro bono

Supporting the "Święty Mikołaj dla Seniora" foundation by providing legal advice regarding the foundation’s day-to-day operations.
