Lydia has experience of a wide range of corporate transactions (both domestic and cross-border), including private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity transactions, international business reorganisations and general corporate advisory.

Lydia gained experience from an in-house perspective by completing a secondment with the corporate team of a leading global financial institution in London and the legal M&A team of Airbus Group in Paris.
