Luke is an Associate in the securitization practice of the international capital markets group. Luke focuses his practice on representing underwriters, issuers, asset managers and investors (both debt and equity) in broadly syndicated and middle-market collateralized loan obligations (CLO), debt fund financings and other structured loan facilities.

Luke advises clients on CLO warehouses (rated and unrated), new issue public and private market transactions, risk retention facilities and refinancings, resets and other restructurings of CLOs. Luke also experience with regulatory matters, including the Volcker Rule, U.S. and EU/UK risk retention rules and federal securities laws.

Luke was named as an ‘Associate to watch’ in Chambers USA 2022: Capital Markets: Securitization: CLOs. They noted that “Luke has earned a reputation as a noteworthy CLO associate as a result of his flourishing practice, which involves supporting numerous parties in transactions, including lenders and arrangers, and collateral managers.” “Luke is amazing.
